⇨ Convection
Convection is a process by which heat is transfer from one place to another through heated particles of a liquid or gas. The red arrow represent hot water and the blue arrow represent cold water. The heat from the flame will heat up the water at the bottom. As hot water rises, it will rise to the top. And as cold water sinks, the cold water at the top will sinks down. The flame will then heat up the cold water and a convection current is form.
